Can I recharge someone else’s number?
Yes, including from abroad. Enter their prepaid Claro number in Brazil and check it carefully before paying. Make sure Claro is their current network, even if they have kept a number from another operator.
What is the difference between airtime and data?
Airtime adds prepaid credit. A data plan includes the allowance and validity shown in the recharge options. Check the details and total before you pay.
How can I check my recharge?
Follow the status in My Account after payment. If the recharge is delayed, contact Roamzo support with your order number.
